QuakeLive / FireFox crash after closing/joining 2nd game

how do you uninstall c++ runtimes, and which ones to get rid of?
ive got the long quit now aswell. i dont think its realated for some reason

Start > Control panel > Add remove programs

I had quite a few installed as programs like to install a copy to gurantee their program has the corect dependencies, but I uninstalled them all except:

Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable (yeah I have 2, figured it would cause problems if I deleted one of them)

Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable KB2467174 - x86 9.0.30729.5570
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - x86 9.0.30729.6161

type about:config in FF's URL bar, hit "i'll careful" button.
right-click and choose new value; boolean
as a name write:
dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.npquakezero.dll
value:
false
That might help

If in-game menu will be blocked, reinstalling QL Pugin will help. I don't know why it happend

For people who still have this problem I went to Tools-->Options-->Privacy and then click on Clear all current history and check all except Offline Website Data then click on Clear now , I did that and it worked for me I don't know if it works with everyone.
