autoload specific cfg for each map / game mode

I'd like to be able to define a cfg file for each map and / or game mode. It would help managing say_team binds.

For instance most CTF maps have 3 exit routes, it's hard to describe them in a generic way that would fit all maps.

having to exec a different config for each map (50 configs+?) would be too annoying and painstaking. would be cool if the game auto-exec'd some blank (by default) configs named after each map, that are created in a separate folder (quake live/home/baseq3/map-cfg/), so you can edit them all you want. with some lighting settings, map A is PURE white, while map B and map C arent that bright. having a config to change the lighting automatically on each map would save time/trouble, and make it easier to play.

    im all for this
