At this point it is fairly hard to find a game on premium maps especially for CTF. It would be a nice perk if paying members could have a chat room where they could set up a game instead of just waiting forever for a game to show up. I think a chat room should be available to all users but this game needs more subscribers right now and that might be something that could help convince people to get a subscription. I know there is IRC but it would be much easier if there a chat room on the site.
What's wrong with IRC?
There is nothing wrong with IRC, but you have to admit that having something available on the Quake Live website would be easier and more convenient. I think a benefit of a subscription is finding a premium match, but (speaking for myself) it is rather difficult right now. I know it will get easier as more people start paying, but OP's idea might help subscribers to find premium games.
This sounds like a fantastic idea. In fact, to bolster the community aspect of the game, I'm surprised this hasn't been done already.
