Already sent a new Ticket to the support team, didn't receive any "automated response to verify that your ticket was received".

-Dont use UPPERCASE letters !!!! (first name and last name in lowercase)
-no stranges caracters like (+.-*/")
-phone number : Dont use +4154... replace "+" by 00 ( +4122 --> 004122)
-be sure you dont invert lastname, firstname
- City name must be in english (genève --> geneva)

I tried everything, I have Mastercard debit card, tried no strangEcaracters, no uppercase, no "ñ", etc
still same error
- City name must be in english: Ehmm how i am supossed to write " City: Santiago de Compostela, Region: La Coruña" in english ? lol

Idea A)
One time, a called Mastercard for the same kind of problems (BF2)
You can ask your CCcard provider to check "online" when you submit the payment,
and if the payment is correct, what's wrong... etc...
Idea B)
- The form must be formatted with credit card informations !
I just remember that when I selected the CC Card (for me MasterCard),
after the selection, a popup appears : "refreshing the form with CC" (Did you got it ???).
Did you try to Select an "other card" and after the popup , select your real credit card ?
May be the first form is just not formatted with CC informations.
