Nov 5 - 7 Devpick: Friday Night Flights

This weekend's Devpick lets you fly fancy-free through the frantic floating free-fall space levels of QUAKE LIVE. All players are granted a 32 second jetpack on spawn. In order to fly around, just make a hop, skip, and a jump, and hold down your Use Item key to take to the skies.

So find a friend, and frag furiously with flight, all this weekend from Friday to Monday.

this useable flight pickup reminds me so of Duke Nukem 3D.
great fun, and really nice that you can gain speed by strafe-cycling in air.

it was hangin in the air: above the railgun (ctf4)!

jetpack in this mode (+button2) is more useful than like it was before
