Nice video. I don't really get how chain jumping (double jumping?) works. Can you explain how you perform those jumps?

Is it literally just jumping twice in quick succession?

Yes. First you jump from the ground towards an elevated object, then you jump from that elevated object. It's just a matter of timing the jumps right. You also need to approach the elevated object, e.g. the edge of a staircase, from the correct angle so that you get in contact with the edge yet without bumping on it.

No, I've never said that. What I have expressed is a disappointment that many old jumps are now easier to master, decreasing the learning curve for efficient movement in maps such like dm6 where b2r plays a large role. But I'm also very excited to have the opportunity to do double jumps and other new jumps.

Yeah, that's kind of neat. But it's not a double jump, it's a consequence of the increased stepheight.

    Hey,

Added some new jumps in the OP. Just a small pack of demos this time rather than a video. Check them out :P

Youīre welcome Just finished watching the demos. They are very inspiring, especially the solid ones, since I thought that that map is just too small, with narrow paths and impossible to play fluently. You proved something better!
