I can't get the map extracted into the correct folder. I'm running Windows 7, and I tried finding %AppData%\..\LocalLow\id Software\quakelive\baseq3 and just copy pasting that into destination folder text box. It keeps telling me that the installation point is invalid.
Am I just completely missing something obvious here or what? I'm kind of new to this sort of thing, so if I'm making myself look like a complete idiot, don't laugh haha.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

just extract it anywhere, then paste
%AppData%\..\LocalLow\id Software\quakelive\baseq3
into your address bar. You should see a lot of .pk3 files. Copy and paste the extracted file in there. Remember to make it read only with right click, properties, read only

Advice!
For those who have problems with strafing:
- Try to play on a higher Refreshrate (not fps, but Hz)
- Play in the small browserwindow. The movement is not spread over the whole screen so it is smoother, essepcially when you play on a 60Hz like me....this is crap
