How much is the actual download for the game (mb wise) and also, im really confused about the graphics and if my computer will run them, because I dont think i have a gfx card. All the other reuiremnts are good, should i be able to run it. Thanks and please don't call me a noob because I know i am.
I run Quake live on integrated gfx, which is pretty sad in this day and age, but it does mean that if you can run facebook games smoothly (like cafeworld, farmville etc), then you can probably run QL smooth enough. QL is probably about 600 mb or so... But I could be wrong. It shouldn't be too much at all.

chortle. i only just upgraded my zx speccy. =o
athlon 2800+ with 2G ram and a sapphire pro etc here. the old beast is almost ten years old.
