This weekend, as a throwback to the Quake 3: Arena roots of Quake Live, we're running Clan Arena DevPick servers which have increased railgun and rocket launcher splash damage. Railgun damage has been increased to 100, and the maximum rocket launcher splash damage has also been increased to 100. We hope you enjoy this weekend of more deadly fun!

Basically what this says to me is, "Quake Live has no integrity by itself to become a great game like its predecessors, but instead wants to be a lazy prune and do nothing to improve". The only thing separating this DevPick from Q3 is popularity. The next DevPick will probably have CPM TDM just to **** over the few remaining Q3 patriots, hehe.

100dmg on rail lol, as 1 of the two weapons which is sort of decent with the current netcode it seems rather lol
