It says you can invite 3 standard subs to join premium maps, that means non-paying players?

Can I still create an open server that anyone can join? Can I change the max players allowed, say 10 or 12 any time I would like to?

Can I kick players if they start spamming the n-word, or sit in spectate round after round without joining a team?

Is there a list of maps that are on premium/pro but not on standard?
