Well I don't really understand the question. It will still be the same $2/month for premium and $4/month for pro.
I'm sure it's possible, you know? If your payment method is actually accepted. Have fun with that.
Actually I'm pretty sure you can't do that right now. Maybe when they cash in thier money they'll give us neat features such as a FULL changelist instead of the hidden changes we got right now. (spawn protection etc. not documented anywhere? great. What else has changed?)
Yes you can. The upgrade is discounted as well, so you don't waste money.

Not knowing this is what is holding me back from buying the premium right now.
The new forums removed all the old forum account stats.
As said previously We get a discount if we upgrade and looks like we only pay the difference between the 2.
