Perhaps this is not a bug...yet it doesn`t seem to be right...

I have noticed for a very long time that on FFA servers that allow vopting that 10 people can vote YES!! for a map and if one person votes-- NO!! The vote fails??

    another example....
If you have say 6 people playing as opposed to 10.... say 4 people vote YES!! to change the map and the other people vote NO!! Then the vote fails??

Common sense should say that the most amount of votes wins when it comes to changing maps...especially in FFA....

Because whan happens is you have that one goofball who will continually vote -- NO!! Just so he or she can continue playing that one map....

Seems like a bug to me......

Abstaining counts as a no vote.
Referee or server owner voting forces the vote to their choice.
You can see who is a ref or the sever owner by checking the output of the /players console command, but also if this has happened it does show it when they vote, you just have to be quick to spot it.

Sure, it all could be improved:
    - different % to pass the vote depending on vote type
    - majority pass (number of YES > NO) option
    - server owner and OPs always allowed to call a vote and vote
    - vote in progress text in different color depending whether you can't vote, can vote, can force pass/fail
    - with specs voting enabled, spectators that don't vote could be not counted at all.

They should bring back allowing admins/ref the ability to vote. It stupid that admins can no longer participate in a vote without vetoing it. There was nothing wrong with the double press of F1/F2 to veto a vote atleast then you could still vote on kicks/maps etc
There are three kings of people in this world, those that can count and northerners
