Mouselook trouble

Hi. In fullscreen mode, while I move a mouse in any direction in-game view just going down till crosshair reachs the floor. Same thing in browser window, but if I move cursor upper than game window, view returning back to centered.
What can I do to resolve that problem? Thx.

yeah what the **** I upgraded to pro now all the sudden my mouse doesn't work
