    also, i fully support mentor-programs. ofc the mentor would have to be someone who plays a lot and is actually good (if youre getting an award it means you dont _just_ learn from _just_ anyone, but you practically cling onto someone who was either decided by the site or someone else, w/e), otherwise it would obviously fail.

    there was something else i was gonna say but i forgot, so im just gonna say that i think the tutorials QL has now are wastes of time. only the community input is of any use (this means the youtube videos "strafejumping with keypresses" etc. and the community-made threads "recording guide v2" and the strafejumping ones), so iD needs to either step up their game and make worthwhile tuts or release info on everything so the community can put together a guide. shouldnt be too hard... im sure theres some storehouse of knowledge somewhere that we cant get at...
