I was getting the same message because I wasn't allowing scripts from gcsip.com (the payment system they're using, I guess). Shame it's such a vague error message, and they don't have some more direct/available support for people trying to give them money (linking to the generic support page did not inspire me with much confidence in a timely response...though I imagine I would've gotten one)

Update: I tried another Visa credit card. So I'm up to 4 ****ing credit ****ing cards that dont ****ing work. This is awesome.
