    Alright so I guess QuakeLive allows for a small amount of time. Its funny because I cant count how many 1v1 CA's ive won/lost where the winner had 15~ health and the rocket hits but just bounces them up in the air.

    In UT2K4 TAM there is ALWAYS a winner.

    Another "round draw" possibility is by timeout.
    With roundtimelimit 180, the round can last max 3 mins, then:
    - it draws when both g_roundDrawLivingCount and g_roundDrawHealthCount are 0.
    - with g_roundDrawLivingCount 1 - team with more players alive wins
    - with g_roundDrawHealthCount 1 - team with more total health remaining wins

    btw. there is "CA Round Won" message, but no "CA Round Draw" one. It could inform if the draw was by timeout or the last players damaged each other in the same time.

    It was similar to the youtube video dambo3 posted. It wasnt from time running out =)
