    Mouse sensitivity problem

    I have this little problem:
every time when I change my mouse sensitivity, it resets to 11.
For example : I'm starting a game , I change mouse sentitivity to 9-10 and after a few seconds of playing it jumps back to 11 ... every time.
    any solutions?

    Set it with the console.

    sensitivity "9" in the console

Then play for a bit, if you feel it change, check the console, if it says something other than 9, it means that there is a config bind or whatever that's changing your sens value. There really is no other explanation.

It was set in console. I've also changed it in my config file ... nothing works. I was trying to fix it by changing the sensitivity and the use this \writeconfig autoexec command but it didn't work as well.
    It's driving me crazy!

    pastebin your autoexec.

Something has to be changing your sens

There's no sensitivity 11 in there, but there is sensitivity 10 all over the place.

    See the following entries:

    bind c "weapon 4;sensitivity 10"
    bind e "weapon 6;sensitivity 10"
    bind f "weapon 8;sensitivity 10"
    bind v "weapon 9;sensitivity 10"

    bind MWHEELDOWN "weapon 5;sensitivity 10"
    bind MWHEELUP "weapon 3;sensitivity 10"

    seta cg_weaponConfig_gl "sensitivity 10"
    seta cg_weaponConfig_pg "sensitivity 10"
    seta cg_weaponConfig_rl "sensitivity 10"
    seta cg_weaponConfig_rg "sensitivity 10"
    seta cg_weaponConfig_lg "sensitivity 10"

I recommend that you make these:

    bind c "weapon 4"
    bind e "weapon 6"
    bind f "weapon 8"
    bind v "weapon 9"

    bind MWHEELDOWN "weapon 5"
    bind MWHEELUP "weapon 3"

    seta cg_weaponConfig_gl ""
    seta cg_weaponConfig_pg ""
    seta cg_weaponConfig_rl ""
    seta cg_weaponConfig_rg ""
    seta cg_weaponConfig_lg ""

As it makes no sense to have some weapon entries have one setting and not all the others. Giving them all the same setting doesn't make much sense either. It is better to do it the above way and just change your sens on the fly.

I know it doesn't make any sense at all, it's just because I was trying to fix the problem. It's not my regular config
Sensitivity still changes "itself" to 11 though...

How are you determining that it has been changed to 11?

One thing you can do is set developer to 1 which should pick up any changes to cvars such as sensitivity. If you can determine when it is happening perhaps it can be determined why as well.

I change sensitivity to 10 then I check it in console and it's alright for like 30 sec, but when I check it again the value is 11.
I tried to figure out why or when is this happening but it looks random to me...
