Can't get a game to start up!

Just trying to get my legs and play with bots. I start it, I watch the 15 second ad and then it just takes me to a screen where my only option is to quit. Not sure what I'm doing wrong here. I assume it's a very simple fix or something I'm simply not noticing. Assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!
