When I set higher mouseAccel, the mouse slows down

Now, I was having cl_mouseaccel set to 0.
When I wanted to experiment with accel, I set it to 0.25 and the mouse slows down, feels like I would set double the sensitivity.
    What's up, please?

    Thank you.

Not sure, but if it reads the value as a multiplier 0.25 would give you 1/4th of the sens.

    Is cl_mouseSenscap set to 0?
    cl_mouseaccelPower 2?

One thing that can happen is that when you set a generous amount of accel the sens drops off quickly giving you the perception that it is going lower than your base sens when in fact it's not.

So like if you have sens 4 and accel 0.5, senscap 0, your normal motions are going to be up at like 7+ so when it drops to ~4 at low speeds it feel like low sens.

    Resolved, thank you

    I started to use m_cpi 800
Then I changed my sens from 3 to 13.
    And I left cl_mouseSenscap at 7.5
Accel now works, when I higher Senscap.
