    Because I start and stop quake several times a day so stretching before every time might be past good moderation amounts.

    I run 3 times around the house before every duel, that's why it is called warmup

    I find the occassional neck roll to be beneficial at times, but beyond that I find stretching prior to sitting in a chair and moving a mouse to be ridiculous.

    Just my opinion.

    Agreed. If it doesn't seem natural that's probably because it's not. If you're at the computer for an extended period of time just take breaks and get up every now and then.

    Can't agree. Stretching improves overall blood flow (brain, palms, fingers for the matter of QL).
