Need help with cfg!!

A friend of mine send me his cfg so i could try it out but i didnt like so i wanted my old back.
Wrote the autocfg thing in the console but didnt work and some other things he told me to.. no ide what it was.. but apparently so didnt i have a cfg before... strangely and dumb! anyways i have deleted his cfg, cleared the autocfg and reset all the game settings to default but now when i try to make a new cfg i cant get it right..

Someone that can help me to make a cfg as i whant it?

Even if i read that information a couple of times im not going to understand how to do anyways..
