I switched out the mouse and the problem stopped. I'll play like this for a while and see if it happens with the new mouse. If not, I guess it was just the mouse. Sorry to waste your time.

I have a similar problem with my G400 Logitech mouse.
I've determined that its a lose cord to plug issue.
If I jerk on it hard, this occurs.
When your playing and the mouse freezes or sticks, pick it up and see if the sensor light is still lite.
Now I just need to figure out if I should get another G400 or something else instead?
Any suggestions?
