    quake live support ? where?

    man i made a mistake . i could find no direction for upgrading <from prem to pro>.
    i already had premium,
    and got prem tokens which i thought if i added em to my account , it would go pro.

    but ididnt .
    it added an extra year( which is really lame ) it shoulda rejected it .
    but no . they took my tokens added a year. which i now have 2 years for premium.


    i told them my problem and their answer was no were not changing your status because it was prem tokens .


    like what ?!?!

    money is money.
    you cant fix a simple mistake someone made.?
    a paying customer?


    nuff said. i just wanted to post this so others dont get the raw deal

    If what you said is true there (which you could provide evidence for by just pasting the e-mail) looks like someone doesn't know what they're doing. I think you might have had a genuine opportunity to catch them in a mistake and instead you post this junk here? Sigh.

    I think it could be sending some of the emails to Spam again. They had that issue a few months ago as well.

    However, he clearly knew what he was purchasing when he bought it. He should've contacted support first before actually purchasing the 2nd Premium token.

    im not gonna jump thru hoops to get this fixed.
    i went thru support and forums .

    i can see the lack of support , help and what ever ,
    because im still premium.

    and to the posts above , of course i didnt read or do something right . great intuition thats why i was looking for support.rofl

    There's nothing they can do about it. You paid for another Premium token and that's what you got. I understand that you don't like the decision made, but they can't really do much about it.

    You being Premium and not Pro doesn't have anything to do with it either; it's just that support@quakelive.com is the *only* place where you can get help for an account or payment-related issue. You also still haven't answered Lorfa's question, so we don't even know if you actually contacted the correct people (I'm not sure why they'd have told you to post on the forum. I'd suggest you post the email on here, but that's against the forum rules.)

    Like answering my question? That would have taken a lot less energy than to make these posts.

    Support should have said yes we will fix it (and fix it), or they would say no we will not fix it, too bad so sad.

    If they haven't answered you yet, message again. I know that sucks but perhaps some support tickets are lost or are back logged.

    If they said anything else, such as what you claim: that they referred you to the forums I would like to see the evidence.

    so you bought premium which you already had and was hoping that you will get pro with 2x premiums?
