Inactive server map shuffle

I'm a insta player, and I've noticed that some servers sit empty for a couple of days because the maps in rotation are rather bad for insta players. Like Eye to Eye on iffa.

I did a search on the forum for any kind of map shuffling and found nothing. And I don't know for sure if they do. But I think if you added something to the servers that would change the map if the server hasn't had an active game in a few hours it would help a lot. TX iffa has had the same Eye to Eye map listed empty for a couple of days now. And the only other tx server has Terminus which isn't a good map with a small amount of players in it.
