cg_truelightning 1 is supposed to remove the lightning sway when you shoot it but for some reason it isn't working. I previously had it set to one and only today the problem has started happening.

I assume that no value you enter changes its behavior, even 0? Test this online as localhost looks very similar with 1 or 0.
