No, these are done with wolfcam.

The "gore" was removed from QL almost at its inception. The reason given was so that the game could be streamed in countries such as Germany that have strict violent video game laws.

It also helps keep the title T for teen and not M for mature, although imo they could still swing T for teen with a little blood.

Ya.. Id got even anal enough to take away Sarges cigar.. Although you could of course.. Set up the blood and gore in wolfcam and watch your demos there..

It wasn't id getting "anal" it was something specifically pointed out by the ESRB.
