Any chance of putting it in a server (for NA) other then Texas every time?

I can see why it's chosen since it's best for east and west coast to play in one server, but maybe you can put it east coast once, then west coast next time?

That's doubtful, since then one side of the country will be excluded from playing the Samplers for the entire time. (Provided they have *that* bad of a ping to it)

Only played two rounds of Domination and I can tell this is going to be my favorite game mode. Wish it wasn't just a Sampler it would be fun as a full-time game mode

Well, it is. But you need a subscription and a friend list to play it.

Since you are in Massachusetts (profile says), maybe if you quit holding this sort of "grudge" you seem to have against me, you could actually bring yourself to join my VA server... I sent you an invite to my Domination VA serv, but all you did was complain and even post complaining about me sending you an invite on this very forum... Did you even see that the invite was for exactly what you are asking for (the server was probably full too)...
