Rotterdam is not a replacement for french servers (at least until we invade NL to make it a french city). Italians, Spanishs, Portugueses had a decent ping on Paris, rotterdamn will be like 20ms more.
I got a premium account, I was interested by the possibility to spawn a server located in France, not in germany or anywhere else where my ping is 2X or 3X the one I got in France (yes, I'm lucky enough to ping @ 12ms in France). No need to say I won't renew it in theses conditions.

I just asked for a refund... Is it so hard to understand ? The facts have changed, so if you can't take back servers in France, then, please, refund me, because I didn't pay to start servers where I have +20 or +40ms ping...

- physical server, good hardware, large memory (it will host like 80+ of game servers),
- Debian installed,
- sponge gets root.

OFC, the better is to set up servers back in France...

You didn't pay for anything regarding pings. Therefore, you can't claim they're removing something you've paid for (At least in terms of suing, which I realize you haven't even mentioned). Additionally, they don't do refunds. It states that in the Terms of Use.

20 and 40ms are great pings.
