\bind mwheeldown "+moveup"

Note: Jumping with mwheeldown is a terrible idea.

I could be wrong, but wasn't jump removed from being able to bind onto the mousewheel because of an advantage it gave with rampjumping?

It's a distinct possibility. I haven't tested it.
