Rocket Arena 3 server setup?

Hey Peeps,

I'm just trying to set up a rocket arena 3 server, and it's been a long time since I really played much good old Q3A. I've managed to get most of it running the way I want it to, there's just one minor thing that's bothering me. If I set the health / armour for an arena to greater than 100 it slowly decays back down to 100. Does anyone know if it is possible to stop RA3's health/armour from decaying back to 100 when it is set at 200? If it is possible, how is it changed?

I just took a quick look at available settings when spawning a server. Im unable to make it stick to 200 armor too

If memory serves, original RA3 did this. You lose 1 armour per second. not sure you can change it. Could be wrong, but I think is is the case.
