While it's not a solution to the problem, you can do this just by opening another browser and looking there. I play QL in Firefox, but also have a tab in Chrome for quick access.
I agree that it would be nice, but it's probably not something they'd have availability to spend a lot of time on.

Why CTF4 is bad
Honestly, it shouldn't be that hard. I don't know of any other site that does this, not even BF3 with its stupid Battlelog browser plugin.
