Lightning gun sucks. Would you make it less powerful? There's something to be said about what everyone uses right when they get Quad Damage.

Well, I started dodging like crazy while encountering enemy with LG. VERY rapid strafe movements, left - right, short distances, like just steps, not even running. No jumping during that.

Seeing guy who takes you maybe 30-40hp with 150 cells of LG and typing "lol" on chat when he's run out of ammo - priceless.

Thanks guys - a little effort, some practice, turning tactic into habit - and I die by LG only if I do stupid things or only if encounter pr0s.

You've played the game for 9 hours, your accuracy for LG is 19% - you can't claim it sucks when you don't know how to use it. Stop being silly.

Also you haven't seen what a quaded PG can do, since you consider LG+Q so powerful.

Learn to counterdodge and always keep further distance from LG. LG is way more powerful on closer distances (LG DMG decreases over unit distance) also its easier for them to aim when you're right in their face. Stay away and always increase your distance. Also, dodge like crazy. Also, run from Quad if he's @ you head-on. Sometimes you might get a lucky kill if Quad is low on HP but most of the expert players take Q when stacked so it's a losing battle. Hide and try to nail Q from a distance or ambush him from behind.

Also learn to use LG yourself so you'll notice what to do to counter it.
LG is most often used when circlestrafing the opponent. That is, you run around the enemy or a group of enemies and just plow your shaft (no pun intended) thru their ranks. This is especially effective when you're quaded and you run into a group of enemies since you can't miss while aiming at a group of guys mangled together.
LG is extremely dangerous when used on somebody who's jumping on a pad (wither jumppad or accel pad) since you move in a predictable manner and the guy with LG has all the time in the world to shaft you to death.

Learn then accuse.
