upload video on facebook

i record ql demos and i wanna upload it on facebook but i upload it it says there was a problem with the image file so what should i do ?

After they have converted the demos to a video format like .avi. Demos require the game to be running to watch them.

There are two solutions :
1. Run the demo in QL or WolfcamQL and record with a screen recording program such as Fraps.
2. Use WolfcamQL to generate a video. There are plenty of threads about that (especially on the MovieMaking section), search about it.

Or just drop 20 bucks into a lifetime subscription of Fraps, hit a key, record it and upload it to youtube or something.
Wolfcam, is a pain in the rear to use. Ive used it. Doesn't take rocket science. But hitting a single button and going to retrieve a pre ready movie recorded in the format you all ready need.... Ill take Fraps over Wolfcam any day for just making basic movies, and doing simple things. And it works for everything, not just quake.

I just join a game and hit F11 and just play. When I'm done the whole game is in one movie. You can then edit the parts you need with basic windows movie maker and make smaller files.
Fraps downside is, a whole game over 20 mins of recording, takes a lot of disk space. But once broken down into the segments you need, the actual movies aren't so big.

You'll probably need an hard-drive with a good rpm and a machine strong enough to run both QL and Fraps together if you want to use it.
