Complete QL re-install?

I haven't played QL for over 5 months because of the unsolvable 360/up/down mouse problem on my system. I've tried all the posted fixes and nothing works.

Is there a set of instructions for COMPLETELY clearing QL out of my system and re-installing?

If you go to your Programs and Features (Or the respective equivalent if you're not on Windows 7/(Vista as well?)) you can remove the "Quake Live <Browser> Plugin" from there. You then should be able to come back to the website and re-download everything.

Make sure you also get on the site and click Settings → Game Settings → Reset Settings Defaults. Otherwise your old config will be downloaded from the central server (it's attached to the account, not to the computer).
