They would show up in your friend list when they confirm you . . . I really don't get what is the question.

Ive never added a single soul to my friends list...lol
I just accept and add them when they request...Almost all are old friends
I dunno ...If you look under the Community Tab...next to Home...see it says Friends...they will show up there!
* I dont think you get a confirmation that they added you...but I dunno.
