    Payment issue support?

    I bought premium just to test out the gamemodes, however after writing in my creditcard details - it gave me a error. However, I have still been charged?

    I found support@quakelive.com somewhere but I haven't gotten a response.. Anyone?

    An easy way to find out is to call up your credit card company using the 1-800 number on the back of the card. Alternatively, you can log online to your CC company website and check for pending or recent transactions.

    usually the respond me in 24h and no worry they will give you premum/pro if you are charged!
