Can I adjust to the practice mode Instagib?

When you get into a practice game, open the console and write "g_instagib 1"

g_instagib 0 will set it back to normal. If it doesn't automatically reset the settings, you can enter "map_restart" and it should fix it.

the bots have no more action itself and not shoot and just follows me. what is it?

You might need to pick bots that use the railgun such as Doom, or Xaero.

Yeah, that might just be an issue with the bot coding with them not switching to other weapons than their preferred. As FrEaKKiLLa said, try using bots that prefer to use railgun.

Try starting over and entering the following (I'll post them as a list with an explanation for them and then them all together)

kick all (To remove any bots currently in the match)
g_startingweapons 65 (gauntlet and railgun only)
g_instagib "1"
addbot Xaero [1-5] b (Change the [1-5] portion to the skill level you want the bot to have -- 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest. You can add this in several times to get more bots into the game)
map_restart (To make the g_startingweapons work)

kick all; g_startingweapons 65; g_instagib "1"; addbot Xaero 3 b
Then, because the console doesn't allow an unlimited amount of characters at a time:
