    Bind "use item" new problem

    Hi

I've always had such command in my autoexec.cfg
    bind ] "+button2"
and everything was ok, but now I have to bind it manually every time I enter the game,
    because otherwise i get this:
    first press:
:QLRD: output method is now say_team
    second press:
:QLRD: output method is now say
    third press
:QLRD: output method is now echo (check the console!)
    fourth press
:QLRD: output method is now print

I had recently installed QLPRISM, but dunno if it affected this.

    Any ideas?
    thx in advance

If you actually read the description during the installation of QLPrism then you could have avoided this. It asks you if you want to enable or disable the script & tells you which keys it will be bound to if you enable it

The issue is that when installing, people don't actually know what all of the things are that it mentions. They might think that it's something special that helps in-game or something, so they enable it. I've mentioned several times that while QLPrism is a good package and everything, unless you're lazy if you don't know what everything is inside of it, you probably shouldn't be using it.

The QLPRISM update replaced my autoexec.cfg, in mine was just exec woeste.cfg, so it was pretty easy to fix. (I added the lines QLPRISM added, to my own cfg and restored the "exec woeste.cfg" line in the autoexec.cfg) If you didn't redirect cfg 's like i do, also other settings might have changed for you. Better check your autoexec.
