Ping problem FRA & DEU

Hi everyone, i'm an italian player with a 20Mbit telecom italia DSL: i'm back on quakelive after a while, on germany and france i ping about 170ms while some time ago i was around 60ms (obviously on italy i ping around 30)... any idea why this is happening? could this be a routing problem? how can i solve this?

Can you try taking a traceroute to a German and France server IP?

That might help in figuring out where the issue is occuring.

Same problem. Had 30 ping to swedish servers, last few weeks i have stable 60+.
