On elkrusto the operator joins in on games but ruins games by fooling around while all other 7 players make an effort (total 8 players).
When I suggest to chat on MSN, I am told to shut up.
Later I get kicked and get a ban, lovely.....
Other players that complained to him were told: dudes need to get kicked.
I will avoid this one for ever, just wish to warn others.
First time in 13 years Q3/QL that I have complained about a server ever !

Such complaints should be done by sending an email to support@quakelive.com with proof if what they did really breaks the rules. Not here on the forums.

The usual advice applies : make sure you record demos of every game you play. Send em to ID if there's abuse going on and they'll take action. Otherwise it's all just hearsay.

I do not have a recording, so that is not possible.
I just didn't want to leave this behaviour unmentioned.
Other players may experience the same treatment and think they are alone in this while they are not.....
Imho a server operator should know better then this.
