I'm a little confused by "hit a rail on target", isn't hitting a rail.. always hitting a target?

Anyways:

bind [key] "weapon 7 ; cg_hitbeep 0"
bind [key] "weapon n ; cg_hitbeep 1/2/3"

I did think for a few seconds there too when I typed that out, bu figured I wanted to convey the sound it makes when you "actually hit" the target. A rare case with my rail for instance :P

It's usually done in Wolfcam and it's in there by default.

You might've seen it on the QLRANKs stream. They've got a timer that's not from Wolfcam, but it's entirely against the rules to use in-game. (However, since it's a bot and not an actual player, I believe they made an exception)
