I would like a solution for that. I see it so many times that lame dudes switching to the winning team in the last moment.
Maybe a automated (or: automatic? How do you say that?) ban for a day, or something, if possible?

Why? Even if they do switch teams they lose all score so they don't exactly look great either.
Likely they switch to get the win for thier stats.
Sometimes I wonder...
"Why is that frisbee getting bigger?"
Then it hits me.
