You probably need to enable hidden files. This is a guide for that.. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tuto...-in-windows-8/
I don't know if the path is the same as win7.. %AppData%\..\LocalLow\id Software\quakelive\home\baseq3
If not then just search for the id software folder.
