Wow,
Daughter got me to check out Quake Live ...
It all look's so great ...
Giving up after 2 weeks of not being able to find a single match
that's appropriate as presented by the game provider ...
IE: Skill matched - Cap The Flag or Free For All
Just aint no such animal in all of North America ...

Looking at your profile. It says that you have not played enough games to have a ranking yet. After a few more it should place you in the correct tier.
If you have never played quake before.. it is a very hard game to master and you aren't doing so bad. Keep at it. Some people have been playing this for 10+ years try and keep that in mind. When it does drop you down you wont encounter those guys much anymore.

It's a good feeling when you finally beat those people who've been playing all those years. Might not happen all the time, but it's good.

You will get it. Like i said, this game might be the hardest to learn of any. But the rewards are great when you do.
