Cant install QL

I recently got a new pc, and when i go to install the ql plugin i get a weird error. Here is a pic with the error im getting: http://postimage.org/image/t6ti83i23/full/ . Hopefully someone knows how to fix this.

thanks pika. ill will apply that fix if the plugin that installs with qlprism doesnt work properly
