I played on two private duel servers today. First had off the spawn hp set to 100 and second had unvoteable timelimit 6. I think servers with these cvars changed should be flagged as "modified".

People that pay can spawn servers how they want..

Some of the settings aren't listed due to the space available. For example, it will tell you "Weapons Modified" and then will show icons, but it won't tell you specifically what they are. (In my opinion, I wish it did, but there's nothing that we can do about it)

pikaluva13: No, these servers didn't have "modified" icon at all. This is what I consider a "bug" or "requested feature".
Yeah i agree this is a bit irritating when i've encountered it, any alteration from a standard public server should carry the modified icon imo.
