    Sound

    I have my s_volume set on 1, which I assume means full volume, yet I can't hardly hear anything. I have my windows volume set on full. Winamp is tuned to 1 percent but its still louder than quake. How can I boost quake sound?

    I believe you have the "master volume" up all the way, but the wave volume down low.

    Winamp manipulates the wav volume, but perhaps QL manipulates just the section of the wav volume that is on.

    Maybe if you used it like I have, where I have the master volume down really low, and I keep the wav volume all the way up.

    Also, I'm not sure that s_volume 1 is the maximum, I guess it could be, haven't tested.
