you can google stuff before filling the forum with threads. Obviously not everything will be here, but most is on other sites (esr, etc.).
Since you won't understand the answer, I can tell you it does less damage than you think. Discover the "A" and "D" keys.

No. One second for 20 bolts. Which means 140 damage in 1 second at 100% accuracy.
@Bliitzz : I assume you made a type and didn't actually mean 85% because with 300 health and armor it should take around 43 bolts to kill someone with the lg. At 17 bolts per second (85%) it would take 2.5 seconds.
7 points of damage every 50 ms.
That's 140 damage/sec.
A 30 % LG would do 42 damage/sec.
That seems pretty powerful.
It is if you manage to hit a good accuracy.
