Stuck at 'awaiting gamestate...' screen

Hey all, like the title says. When i join the server it doesnt get past awaiting gamestate. Anyone else had this problem? Any ideas?

I'm getting a message "ERROR: cl.snap.severtime < cl.oldFrameServertime"

Any reason why this won't let me join a game and any solutions to this problem?

Try setting the following:

cl_maxpackets "125"
rate "25000"

If that doesn't help, try:

net_restart
