Cant Connect to Network

hey Guys,
before i get to the problem i apologize for my bad english.

i have two Pc's at home one with win 7 Pro 64bit and the other one with Win XP Home 32 bit.

Both are in the same network but the
MainPC cant connect to the Quakelive network.

i've tried everything whats in the support section.
FW isnt aktive antivir even.
i can ping XMPP.Quakelive.com without any problems
i Use Firefox on both PC's and even tried it with any other known browser.
In Chrome it encounters an error in the file manifest.

please i need some help here i want to play quake so badly xD

Are they both connected to the same local network? If its true, then you have to disconnect from XP to be able to connect from Seven. Else you will have to change ports afaik.
